• Proven expertise in developing and sustaining effective business, sales, and marketing strategies to manage the activities and growth of a designated territory.
• Manage client relationship mapping to Client Success, crafting an account strategy while leading a diverse virtual team (Solutions Specialist, Success Resources, Partners, Marketing, etc.).
• Actively listen to, identify, and comprehend client needs, delivering on their expectations. You will cultivate relationships with various stakeholders and positively influence them.
• Exceptional ability to create compelling sales presentations, positioning statements, and various sales materials.
• Engage in Quarterly Business Reviews and other meetings with the client's leadership team to foster strategic alignment, product education, and explore growth opportunities.
• Collaborate internally with sales, deployments, marketing, and solutions teams to enhance our product and service offerings.
• Experience in promoting a customer success mentality in a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing quota targets.
• Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue for the assigned territory.
• Cultivate and maintain a deep understanding of Velocity Global's products and services, the marketplace served, competitive dynamics, and other relevant business issues.
• Over 10 years of experience in a client-facing capacity within the Enterprise software sales sector.
• Capability to provide thoughtful, actionable recommendations and quickly build consensus among senior-level internal and external stakeholders.
• Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in navigating complex organizational structures, extended sales cycles, and multiple decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, demonstrating effective virtual teamwork.
• Strong consultative customer service approach and project management skills.
• A driven work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
