• Cultivate robust, ongoing relationships with key stakeholders within existing accounts to build trust and ensure long-term retention.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the customer account, including strategic initiatives, organizational structure, decision-making processes, and budgeting.
• Develop strategic account plans aimed at driving revenue growth within assigned accounts, detailing goals for expansion and renewal opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to create tailored solutions and ensure smooth execution of expansion deals.
• Track account performance and expansion pipeline, delivering regular updates on sales forecasts, revenue targets, and account health metrics.
• Lead contract negotiations for upsell and cross-sell agreements, ensuring favorable terms that satisfy both customer needs and company objectives.
• Serve as a point of escalation for any issues, ensuring prompt resolution to uphold customer satisfaction and reduce potential churn risks.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Keyfactor’s products and packaging, ensuring customers are licensed for the appropriate entitlements that align with their strategic goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide insightful recommendations and maintain a competitive advantage within accounts.
• Over 10 years of experience in a revenue-generating role focused on enterprise clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of the IT Security landscape and emerging trends.
• Proficiency in risk management and security compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with advanced technologies and their ramifications for the IT Security industry.
• Outstanding ability to formulate and execute high-level strategic plans that stimulate growth.
• Expertise in the IT Security sector with a focus on market trends and dynamics.
• Strong indirect leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.
• Capability to represent the company as an ambassador, demonstrating behaviors aligned with core values.
• Skill in leading and mentoring teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively tackle complex challenges.
