This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by thoroughly understanding customer needs and aligning them with additional products or services.
• Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with key stakeholders within existing accounts to build trust and ensure long-term retention.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the customer account, including strategic initiatives, organizational structure, and decision-making and budgeting processes.
• Develop strategic account plans aimed at driving revenue growth within assigned accounts, detailing objectives for expansion and renewal opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to create tailored solutions and ensure the smooth execution of expansion deals.
• Track account performance and the expansion pipeline, providing regular updates on sales forecasts, revenue goals, and account health metrics.
• Lead contract negotiations for upselling and cross-selling initiatives, ensuring favorable terms that satisfy both customer requirements and company objectives.
• Serve as a point of escalation for any issues, ensuring prompt resolution to uphold customer satisfaction and minimize potential churn risks.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Keyfactor’s products and packaging, ensuring customers are licensed for the appropriate entitlements that align with their strategic goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge within accounts.
• Over 10 years of experience in an enterprise-focused revenue-generating role.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, or an equivalent field of study.
• In-depth understanding of the IT Security landscape and emerging trends.
• Proficiency in risk management and security compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with advanced technologies and their impact on the IT Security sector.
• Exceptional capability to formulate and implement high-level strategic plans that foster growth.
• Expertise in the IT Security industry with a focus on market trends and dynamics.
• Strong indirect leadership capabilities to motivate and guide teams.
• Ability to represent the company as an ambassador, demonstrating behaviors aligned with core values.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively address complex challenges.
