• Take ownership of the entire partnership cycle, including onboarding, establishing strategic relationships with C-suite executives, identifying new opportunities, negotiating, and contracting with assigned accounts.
• Create and implement a strategic account plan aimed at achieving and surpassing revenue targets, utilizing your in-depth understanding of your customers’ organizations and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate effectively with leadership, customer success, clinical and technical experts, as well as colleagues to address your customers’ most urgent challenges.
• Manage lengthy sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers, ensuring prompt and effective follow-up at each stage.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and the changing needs of healthcare organizations to effectively position Hippocratic AI.
• Work alongside internal teams such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to synchronize strategies and provide seamless client experiences.
• Exhibit knowledge of essential operational and clinical metrics and processes, understanding their impact on provider decision-making and technology adoption.
• Over 10 years of demonstrated success in enterprise sales.
• At least 5 years of experience selling SaaS solutions in the healthcare sector.
• A proven history of customer retention and account growth.
• Willingness and capability to travel over 50% for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet stringent deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in public speaking or presentations, with the ability to engage an audience and effectively communicate complex solutions.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
