This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Identify and secure new client accounts within a designated territory.
• Navigate intricate organizational frameworks to pinpoint executive sponsors and advocates.
• Conduct thorough research to understand the business goals of your clients.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to advance deals and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets, utilizing a metrics-driven methodology.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies and tactics to generate a robust pipeline.
• Provide timely and valuable feedback to other corporate departments.
• Develop ROI and business justification reports based on a data-informed approach.
• Manage comprehensive Proof of Concepts (POCs) based on defined business success criteria.
• A minimum of 8 years of sales experience with a proven record of high performance.
• Capability to learn, present, and demonstrate a highly technical product effectively.
• Documented experience in closing complex deals and selling within multifaceted organizations.
• Proficient in utilizing a systematic method for identifying greenfield opportunities.
• Previous success in building relationships and selling directly to C-level executives.
• Familiarity with top-tier software solutions and a technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security, and analytics.
• Experience in selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.
• Basic knowledge of search infrastructure is advantageous.
• Prior experience collaborating with various team members including SEs, BDRs, PMs, Executives, and Engineers.
• Familiarity with target account selling, solution selling, and methodologies such as MEDDIC and Challenger (or similar) is a plus.
