This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Qualify client leads through initial discovery calls.
β’ Identify and penetrate the largest Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) across the nation.
β’ Act as a vital member and contributor to the strategic direction of this founding sales team.
β’ Collaborate closely with an Inside Account Executive to secure Strategic accounts utilizing a hybrid approach (Strategic AE to engage top-down, Inside AE to approach bottoms-up).
β’ Diligently track your sales activities using Salesforce and aim to surpass sales objectives.
β’ Play a key role in defining the strategic sales process for Dandy.
β’ Always consider yourself a student of the dental industry and an expert in articulating the Dandy value proposition for this sector.
β’ Work effectively with senior sales leadership to achieve high-level KPIs and revenue goals.
β’ 8-10+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced startup environment (SaaS experience is highly preferred).
β’ Extensive experience in closing complex deals, including selling directly to C-suite executives.
β’ Strong commitment to continuous improvement and a desire to learn new sales methodologies through rigorous training.
β’ Ability to thrive in ambiguity and quickly adapt with limited resources.
β’ Highly proficient and organized in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
