This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Propel year-over-year sales advancement by marketing Cold Chain electronics products, software, and project services.
• Assess customer requirements and formulate tailored, account-specific growth strategies that establish Copeland as a long-term collaborator.
• Identify and capitalize on cross-functional sales prospects, encompassing refrigeration compression, controls, and enterprise services to enhance recurring revenue streams.
• Craft and present persuasive sales proposals and presentations aligned with customer objectives.
• Engage in monthly sales forecasting and opportunity pipeline management discussions.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key customer stakeholders, including executives, engineering teams, operations, project management, and design partners.
• Keep precise customer profiles, contact information, and sales opportunities documented in Salesforce CRM.
• Act as a cross-functional conduit within Copeland to guarantee strategic alignment and customer support.
• A bachelor's degree accompanied by at least 3 years of business-to-business sales experience in a consultative capacity or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Exceptional communication skills capable of engaging both technical and executive decision-makers.
• Proven track record in consultative solution selling and adeptness in navigating complex sales processes.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing change effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
