This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• You will adopt a data-driven strategy to identify and engage potential customers who can benefit from Canva's offerings.
• Oversee pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and sales activities utilizing Salesforce to ensure maximum effectiveness and transparency.
• Utilize engaging storytelling and vision conveyance, presented creatively, to lead customers on a personalized journey that feels tailored to their needs.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for Canva's products and an aptitude for selling innovative solutions that resolve customers' distinct challenges.
• Collect customer insights and communicate market requirements to influence the Product roadmap while providing valuable insights that enhance our value proposition and customer experience.
• Acknowledge the importance of forging long-term relationships and work towards establishing enduring partnerships with customers and internal cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Post-Sales, Customer Success).
• Translate complex situations into easily understandable customer-centered narratives and materials using Canva's suite of tools (presentations, documents, etc.).
• A minimum of 8 years of comprehensive sales experience with a diverse range of clients, from mid-sized businesses to large enterprises.
• Experience managing large named accounts, preferably on a global scale within a tech company, showcasing a track record of outstanding performance.
• Demonstrated success in managing the complete sales cycle, with a strong focus on acquiring new logos.
• Ability to create thorough plans that address all aspects within complex organizations.
• History of leading successful and intricate negotiations.
