• Oversee prospects from the initial engagement through to closing, expertly navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise deals exceeding $1M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Establish and enhance relationships with major enterprises and investment firms, driving strategic partnerships and fostering revenue growth through renewals.
• Effectively communicate and showcase BuildOps' value proposition, emphasizing return on investment (ROI) and transformative effects for large-scale organizations.
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Sales Engineering, and other go-to-market teams to develop customized strategies for high-potential accounts.
• Partner closely with private equity and investment firms to identify portfolio-wide opportunities and position BuildOps as a strategic ally.
• Remain updated on industry trends and the evolving requirements of large commercial contractors, utilizing insights to craft persuasive narratives for prospects.
• Consistently meet revenue goals while establishing BuildOps as a trusted advisor in the strategic domain.
• You will be required to travel 25% of the time to engage with customers.
• A minimum of 6 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a proven history of closing seven-figure deals.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-stakeholder, high-value sales processes, ideally within Fortune 500 or investment-backed companies.
• Knowledge of the construction, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical contractor sectors is a considerable advantage.
• Experience collaborating with private equity or investment firms is a significant plus.
• Proven capacity to consistently surpass revenue targets of $1M+ ARR.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Comfortable leading technical demonstrations and aligning solutions with customer challenges.
• $290,000 - $320,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) along with competitive stock options.
