This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with mid-market med spa and aesthetics organizations (including multi-location practices, DSO-adjacent groups, and high-volume single sites) for our patient-financing platform.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new aesthetics accounts, quickly achieving consistent monthly production.
• Manage the entire sales process: from prospecting and discovery to economic justification, contracting, and facilitating a smooth transition to onboarding and account management.
• Convert financing economics—such as approval rates, funding speed, fee structures, and credit-spectrum coverage—into provider-focused ROI discussions.
• Represent HFD at industry events (like AmSpa, aesthetics conferences, and regional gatherings) and establish referral networks.
• Ensure disciplined CRM management and accurate sales forecasting.
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Established connections with aesthetics groups, MSOs, or med spa management platforms (Preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM and territory management tools (such as HubSpot and Badger Maps) (Preferred).
