Strategic Account Executive 4 – ISV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and cultivate some of our key ISV customer accounts.

• Formulate, implement, and execute account strategies that consistently yield strong revenue, gross margin, and gross profit outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with other Twilio teams to uncover new revenue prospects within your ISV account portfolio.

• Participate in a cross-functional account team alongside representatives from product, finance, support, and services teams.

• Maintain a disciplined forecasting process, consistently meet objectives, and provide insights to executive management.

• Conduct highly consultative sales processes with our largest customers, focusing on thorough discovery, understanding customer needs, and effectively advocating for their perspectives within the organization.

• Generate and uphold an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using our CRM, Salesforce.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years focused on major account or strategic sales.

• Proven expertise in managing or directing quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions for clients.

• Responsible for relationship management, cross-selling, upselling, and solutions consulting.

• Comfortable engaging with both business and highly technical leaders, while influencing their perspectives and fostering supportive partnerships.

• Analytical approach to account development strategy, leveraging data to identify opportunities and demonstrate value.

• Proven history of managing business forecasts and financial models effectively.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to define processes and develop programs.

• Track record of delivering revenue and gross profit outcomes, particularly for large-scale and enterprise clients.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
