• Oversee and grow some of our key ISV customer accounts.
• Formulate, implement, and execute account strategies to consistently achieve robust revenue, gross margin, and gross profit outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with various Twilio teams to uncover new revenue possibilities within your account portfolio.
• Participate in a cross-functional account team that includes members from product, finance, support, and services divisions.
• Maintain a disciplined forecasting process, consistently meet objectives, and provide insights to executive management.
• Conduct highly consultative sales cycles with our largest clients, emphasizing in-depth discovery, understanding customer needs, and advocating for their perspectives within the organization.
• Create and sustain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using our CRM, Salesforce.
• Position yourself as a trusted subject matter expert and disseminate industry updates and changes to the GTM sales organization.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in tech sales, with at least 3 years in a full-cycle closing position.
• Proven expertise in managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions for clients.
• Responsible for relationship management, including cross-selling, upselling, and solutions consulting.
• Comfortable engaging with both business and highly technical leaders, while fostering understanding and supportive partnerships.
• Analytical approach to account development strategy, leveraging data to identify opportunities and demonstrate value.
• Proven history of managing business forecasts and financial models.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to define processes and develop programs.
• Track record of achieving revenue and gross profit targets, particularly with large-scale and enterprise clients.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
