This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key strategic clients, cultivating strong relationships and trust to drive long-term business growth.
• Proactively oversee and expand existing accounts, identifying opportunities to enhance the utilization of Symantec and Carbon Black solutions.
• Attain a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business objectives, security requirements, and technical challenges.
• Work closely with clients to implement customized cybersecurity strategies that leverage the complete Symantec and Carbon Black portfolios.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by consistently delivering value and providing proactive support throughout the client lifecycle.
• Promote the adoption of Symantec and Carbon Black solutions, ensuring clients fully appreciate the benefits of the cybersecurity products.
• Collaborate with clients to identify vulnerabilities in their security architecture and suggest solutions that align with their long-term business aims.
• Partner with technical teams to deliver solution demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that highlight the capabilities of Symantec and Carbon Black.
• Provide leadership during the implementation and deployment phases, ensuring a smooth integration of solutions into the client’s environment.
• Meet and surpass revenue retention and growth objectives by recognizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your assigned accounts.
• Lead the creation and execution of strategic account plans, focusing on portfolio expansion and securing renewals.
• Identify risks to account health and proactively work to reduce client churn, establishing long-term partnerships.
• Engage in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients, delivering insights on solution performance and presenting recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales engineering, customer success, and technical support, to ensure client requirements are met.
• Act as a client advocate within Arrow, providing feedback to product management and development teams to foster product enhancements.
• Work in conjunction with marketing and sales leadership to create targeted campaigns and initiatives promoting Symantec and Carbon Black products.
• Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales within the cybersecurity or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of Symantec and Carbon Black solutions (or similar technologies) and their significance in a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with the capability to establish trust with senior stakeholders (CISOs, IT Directors, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue retention and growth targets.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time for client meetings and events.
• Fluency in English and French. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
