• Take full ownership of the account, managing the relationship, commercial aspects, escalations, expansion, and renewal processes.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all inbound and outbound communications with the customer, establishing and adhering to internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response times.
• Oversee the management of multiple critical workstreams across Product Development and customer teams, ensuring alignment on status, progress, obstacles, and decisions from both sides.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive organizational map of the customer's corporate family, identifying decision makers, advocates, blockers, budget holders, and the connections among the entities.
• Facilitate the customer engagement rhythm: conducting weekly tactical meetings with the working team, monthly steering sessions with leadership, and quarterly business reviews with our executive team.
• Lead multi-year account planning, drive expansion into new use cases, and engage in pricing discussions.
• Coordinate internal resources including Technical Account Managers (TEMs), Field Development Engineers (FDEs), engineering, product, finance, and legal teams, ensuring the customer receives consistent and unified responses.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors on the most senior customer relationships.
• A minimum of 8 years in enterprise account management or strategic account roles, with substantial experience managing eight-figure customer accounts.
• Proven history of managing a single complex enterprise account at the required depth; experience with global Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers is highly advantageous.
• In-depth understanding of decision-making processes within large, matrixed organizations, including organizational structure, procurement, and stakeholder dynamics.
• Technical proficiency in complex software products; familiarity with simulation, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) tooling, machine learning infrastructure, or autonomous systems is a strong advantage.
• Capable of engaging in product-level discussions independently and gaining credibility with technical buyers.
• Strong commercial acumen: you are skilled at negotiating contract structures, pricing, and expansion discussions beyond mere relationship management.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure; this account carries significant weight, visibility, and urgency, necessitating the ability to absorb that pressure while keeping the team focused.
• This position is fully remote; willingness to travel internationally is required.
