This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the performance of a portfolio of strategic accounts, focusing on revenue growth, retention, and long-term value creation.
• Formulate and implement multi-year account strategies that align with clients' business objectives and global expansion aspirations.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships and serve as a trusted advisor, influencing the client’s roadmap and investment priorities.
• Oversee intricate deal cycles, encompassing enterprise-wide agreements, global programs, and negotiations involving multiple stakeholders.
• Discover and leverage new growth opportunities across various business units, regions, and buyer segments to enhance wallet share.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, Product) to ensure seamless and impactful client outcomes.
• Conduct executive business reviews (QBRs/EBRs), delivering strategic insights and proactive recommendations.
• Keep precise portfolio forecasting and utilize data to guide decision-making and optimize performance.
• Possess 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or client leadership roles within localization, SaaS, or global services.
• Demonstrate a proven history of managing and expanding large, complex enterprise accounts (multi-million ARR).
• Approach account planning and client engagement with a strong strategic mindset, going beyond mere transactions.
• Confidently influence at the C-suite level and adeptly navigate multi-stakeholder global organizations.
• Exhibit expertise in structuring and finalizing complex, high-value deals in global settings.
• Excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and take complete ownership of outcomes.
• Merge strong commercial acumen with a profound understanding of client business drivers and industry trends.
• Utilize CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) to oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and performance.
