• Spearhead the comprehensive onboarding of clients, establishing engagement models, delivery scope, and structured project frameworks that align with strategic goals.
• Take ownership of designing and implementing scalable delivery models, ensuring uniformity across accounts and adherence to Ashbury standards.
• Create governance structures, processes, and workflows that facilitate high-quality, efficient, and repeatable service delivery.
• Serve as the strategic liaison among clients, Business Development, and Advisory teams, ensuring alignment from the sales process through to delivery.
• Supervise project setup across various systems and platforms, guaranteeing clarity regarding scope, responsibilities, and expected outcomes for delivery teams.
• Propel operational excellence by pinpointing inefficiencies, risks, or gaps, and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Provide senior technical oversight on key regulatory deliverables, including specification and pack copy review, artwork review, formulation review, and regulatory adaptations.
• Utilize expert-level knowledge of regulatory frameworks, codes of practice, and policies to inform decision-making and manage risk effectively.
• Decode complex regulatory requirements and translate them into clear, actionable guidance for both clients and internal teams.
• Lead capability development within advisory teams, encompassing mentoring, training, and a structured transition of account ownership.
• Ensure consistency in quality, accuracy, and performance across all client interactions.
• Collaborate closely with the Ashbury NL L &S team to align standards and deliverables for new client onboarding.
• Function as a trusted partner to both external clients and internal stakeholders, fostering strong and effective working relationships.
• Degree-level qualification in a food, scientific, or regulatory discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of regulatory matters, including food labeling legislation, codes of practice, and guidance.
• In-depth understanding of global regulatory frameworks and their commercial implications for clients.
• Strong awareness of emerging regulatory trends, risks, and industry developments.
• Significant experience in a senior regulatory, technical, or related position.
• Proven track record in leading complex client onboarding processes and establishing scalable account delivery models.
• Extensive experience with PDL systems and processes, including specification, artwork, and data management workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement structured processes and operating models within a consultancy or service environment.
• Strong history of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with strategic oversight.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with commercial, technical, and operational teams.
• Proven expertise in risk-based decision-making and regulatory interpretation.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous, particularly for international collaboration and client service.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality regulatory advice to clients, supporting informed decision-making and ensuring compliance across manufacturing and international markets.
