This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recruit, hire, and train enthusiastic and positive employees to ensure outstanding customer service.
• Develop, manage, and assign tasks effectively to maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking according to Company standards.
• Uphold a professional and supportive demeanor among peers and supervisors.
• Schedule staff in accordance with Company guidelines to enhance customer service and uphold site image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management techniques during hiring, training, counseling, motivating, and dismissing employees.
• Foster positive and professional relationships with all suppliers.
• Promote excellent service while addressing customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure a safe and positive public image within the surrounding community.
• Write ongoing and timely performance evaluations for all employees, offering constructive feedback based on performance.
• Train all staff to ensure that customer service, site image, and marketing execution align with Company standards.
• Educate all employees on safety procedures and advocate for safety awareness.
• Assess and develop targeted action plans to meet site needs and achieve desired objectives.
• Organize and maintain all site documentation and manuals.
• Oversee and guide store employees to ensure timely and accurate completion of all required reports.
• Supervise store employees to guarantee that merchandise is correctly stocked, attractively displayed, and properly priced.
• Ensure that all mandatory employment-related posters and signs are accessible to all employees.
• Analyze daily sales and expense data and take appropriate action to optimize sales and net profits.
• Budget and forecast P&L lines, while comprehending and managing merchandise margins.
• Safeguard and account for all funds received and disbursed.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in the use of equipment, tools, and materials specified in the Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Assistant Site Manager (ASM) job descriptions.
• Capability to oversee and manage the functions outlined in the CSR and ASM job descriptions.
• Proficiency in using a computer or the ability to acquire the necessary skills for computer usage on-site, which includes report analysis, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for trips to the bank and corporate management meetings.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written) in English.
