This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Manage accounts and territories to achieve sustainable business growth in line with assigned targets and quotas.
• Utilize data and analytics to enhance business planning processes.
• Identify and address customer financial and clinical priorities and constraints.
• Leverage connections within the hospital network to uncover expansion and conversion opportunities.
• Influence key stakeholders at accounts to support proposed solutions and products.
• Cultivate relationships with essential clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Enhance the mix of New Product Introductions (NPIs).
• Collaborate with channel, distribution, and kitting partners to manage relationships and align on mutually beneficial strategies and programs.
• Provide new and ongoing in-service training, education, technical support, and troubleshoot product-related issues as necessary.
• Utilize publications and industry guidelines to promote product adoption and standardization.
• Drive compliance with contracts and explore standardization opportunities.
• Consult with clinicians on the safe and effective use of products.
• Demonstrate proficiency upon successfully completing the sales training program.
• Fulfill essential business planning requirements and maintain sales call data using Salesforce.com.
• Support attendance at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher with a minimum of two (2) years of sales, clinical, or related experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with six (6) years of sales, clinical, or related experience.
• Possess a current, valid Driver’s License.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated history of meeting quotas and targets.
• Previous experience in healthcare sales or clinical roles.
• Proven capability in territory management and business planning.
• Expertise in establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers.
• Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across various care areas.
• Knowledge of cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, and asepsis domains.
• Customer-focused approach to selling and closing deals.
• Experience in navigating complex selling cycles.
• Completion of a formal sales training program.
• Familiarity with using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience in introducing new products and navigating the value analysis process.
• History of collaboration with distribution channel partners.
