Patient Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engaging with 30-40 patients daily from affiliated medical practices.

• Informing patients about the benefits of remote patient monitoring.

• Ensuring a smooth transition for patients who have converted to the dedicated care team through effective internal communication and thorough documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BS/BA degree is preferred.

• Proficiency in additional languages, such as Korean or Italian, is an asset.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident.
