This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take ownership of the complete renewal process for a portfolio of B2B group subscription accounts—from forecasting and initial outreach to strategic negotiations and closure.
• Proactively identify and vigorously pursue upsell and expansion opportunities, including seat additions, tier upgrades, and cross-product sales.
• Collaborate with the Director of Subscriptions regarding pricing strategies, renewal terms, and tiered packaging.
• Utilize Claude and other AI tools to create comprehensive account briefs, draft highly personalized renewal proposals, and efficiently scale your outreach efforts.
• Establish and nurture strong, consultative relationships with key contacts at subscriber organizations, emphasizing the demonstration of ongoing value between renewal periods.
• Identify at-risk accounts early, working cross-functionally with Customer Experience to proactively resolve issues before they lead to churn.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in HubSpot, meticulously tracking renewal dates, contact records, deal stages, and notes.
• Monitor and report on essential performance metrics such as renewal rate, net revenue retention, and expansion.
• 2–4 years of experience in a B2B renewals, account management, or subscription sales role—preferably within the media, SaaS, or data/intelligence sectors.
• Practical AI Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in a professional setting for account research, outreach drafting, or workflow automation.
• CRM Fluency: Extensive experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM, possessing a strong understanding of pipeline management, renewal tracking, and activity logging.
• Consultative Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to conduct renewal and pricing discussions that feel strategic and consultative rather than merely transactional.
• Agility & Organization: A proactive, well-organized approach to managing your own book of business, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks while adeptly handling multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• Bonus: Familiarity with the travel industry, experience managing a high-volume portfolio (100+ accounts), exposure to tiered/seat-based pricing, or a background in cross-selling within a multi-product portfolio is a significant advantage.
