This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for Solventum within Wound Care Centers (WCCs), Physician Offices, Clinics, and Home Health Agencies (HHAs).

• Oversee V.A.C. and Advanced Wound Care sales, develop relationships, manage outcomes, and provide clinical education.

• Drive V.A.C./AWC usage to achieve financial and strategic territorial objectives.

• Coordinate training and in-service sessions for providers and clinical staff.

• Manage accounts and territories to ensure sustainable business growth aligned with targets and quotas.

• Influence key stakeholders in post-acute facilities to endorse proposed solutions and products.

• Identify and address customer financial and clinical priorities and constraints.

• Maintain relationships with essential clinical and economic stakeholders.

• Advise clinicians on the safe and effective application of products.

• Detect new patients who could benefit from therapy.

• Enhance the adoption and use of electronic order submission platforms and the VAC Ready Care Program.

• Confirm that orders are billable by securing necessary documentation.

• Utilize data and analytics to guide business planning.

• Fulfill essential business tracing requirements by recording sales call data in SFDC.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and a minimum of two (2) years of combined sales experience and/or healthcare experience in a private, public, government, or military setting.

• A High School Diploma/GED and at least six (6) years of sales and/or clinical experience.

• A current, valid Driver’s License.

• Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Proven track record in medical device or pharmaceutical sales.

• Sales experience in managing complex selling cycles.

• Background in clinical wound care, physical therapy, or other relevant patient care fields.

• Demonstrated ability to establish strong customer relationships with key influencers.

• Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across various care areas.

• Customer-focused sales approach and ability to close deals.

• Excellent data and analytical skills.

• Completion of a formal sales training program.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

• Experience in managing new product introductions and the value analysis review process.
