📋 Description

• Design, validate, and sustain intricate statistical programs (SAS) for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting in clinical trials.

• Partner with biostatisticians and cross-functional teams to interpret study requirements and guarantee precise execution of statistical analyses.

• Draft and evaluate statistical analysis plans (SAPs), programming specifications, and derived datasets to comply with regulatory standards.

• Safeguard data integrity and adherence to industry regulations, including ICH/GCP guidelines, throughout the programming process.

• Guide junior programmers and support the training of team members on programming techniques and best practices.

• Participate in statistical programming tasks and take ownership of deliverables while working collaboratively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience as a statistical programmer in the clinical research sector, with a robust understanding of statistical methodologies and programming.

• Proficiency in programming languages like SAS, along with experience in clinical data management systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to work autonomously.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating effectively with team members.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
