This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Assist various departments with daily operational responsibilities and ongoing initiatives.

• Prepare, organize, and sustain reports, documentation, and internal databases.

• Execute data entry, validation, tracking, and fundamental analysis across different teams.

• Aid in reporting using Excel and Google Sheets while ensuring datasets are accurate.

• Facilitate task coordination between departments and follow up on action items.

• Conduct research and collect information to support business objectives.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and propose practical solutions.

• Acquire and implement new tools, technologies, and AI-driven workflows.

• Collaborate with experienced professionals in research, operations, partnerships, marketing, and sales.

• Cultivate practical skills in reporting, analytics, project management, and business operations.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
