Starszy Konsultant w dziale Audytu Finansowego

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Leading projects involving the examination and review of financial statements for clients of the auditing firm.

• Participation in advisory projects related to financial reporting and management accounting, as well as Due Diligence projects.

• Preparation of procedures and documentation in accordance with company standards.

• Daily collaboration with clients.

• Supporting the auditor in key discussions with the management of audited companies.

• For managerial positions, additionally:

• - Managing a team of up to 2 individuals.

• - Reviewing documentation prepared by assistants.

• - Ongoing coordination of work across multiple projects and their management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior Consultant.

• - A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in auditing.

• - Higher education (preferably in accounting, economics, finance, or exact sciences) or currently in the 4th or 5th year of master's studies / supplementary master's studies.

• - Strong theoretical knowledge in accounting and practical experience gained in an auditing firm.

• - Willingness to take responsibility for assigned audit segments and direct collaboration with clients.

• Manager or Senior with potential for advancement.

• - 4-5 years in auditing, including at least one year of experience in project coordination.

• - You possess an ACCA/Certified Auditor certificate or are in the final stages of obtaining one.

• - You have experience (or natural predispositions) in leading a small 2-person team and reviewing assistants' work.

• - You can efficiently juggle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their timeliness.
