This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Take charge of the comprehensive relationship with designated instructors throughout their time with ELVTR.
• Forge robust, trust-based connections by comprehending instructor motivations, limitations, and preferred modes of communication.
• Anticipate and address potential issues proactively to prevent them from affecting course delivery or instructor satisfaction.
• Handle all instructor-related escalations, including changes in scheduling, concerns regarding course structure, questions about compensation, and risks related to delivery.
• Keep an eye on instructor engagement and identify early indicators of disengagement or potential dropout.
• Cultivate and sustain a strong external network of industry experts in relevant fields, which includes attending virtual events and monitoring influential voices in the market.
• Review course landing pages, marketing materials, and promotional content to ensure they align with the instructor’s expertise and positioning.
• Monitor course performance and offer structured feedback to sales and internal teams to rectify gaps in messaging or product comprehension.
• Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with senior professionals, executives, or subject-matter experts in sectors like professional services, talent management, media, education, or similar fields.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities with a knack for influencing without formal authority.
• Proven track record of proactively identifying risks and managing complex stakeholder situations.
• Comfortable working across various time zones in a fully remote setting.
• Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple high-touch relationships concurrently.
• **Nice-to-Haves:**
• Experience in EdTech, online learning, or course production environments.
• Background in account management, talent coordination, or client services within high-touch professional service contexts.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Coda, as well as CRM or talent management systems.
• Experience in building and maintaining professional talent pipelines, speaker networks, or instructor communities.
