This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Provide a consistently customer-oriented experience in a dynamic call center atmosphere.
• Handle large volumes of incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Deliver exceptional care, support, and solutions to customer inquiries.
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills—such as active listening and patience—particularly during challenging calls.
• Uphold strict standards of confidentiality, privacy, and ethics.
• De-escalate difficult situations with composure and professionalism.
• Represent the company with courtesy, integrity, and respect.
• Work collaboratively with team members and resolve conflicts amicably.
• Operate independently with a strong sense of self-motivation and dependability.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive team culture.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven reliability and a strong attendance record.
• Outstanding interpersonal and soft skills.
