This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Carry out maintenance, repair, and emergency service visits on a variety of stairlifts and home lifts.

• Deliver exceptional service while adhering to safety regulations.

• Execute thorough risk assessments.

• Keep site log cards updated.

• Engage in the on-call rota.

• Oversee a service route in Birmingham and its neighboring areas.

• Service, maintain, and repair stairlifts, micro-lifts, and goods lifting equipment.

• Enhance skills and knowledge in the domestic sector of the lift industry.

• Certified Domestic Engineer with experience in stairlifts and home lifts.

• NVQ Level 2 in Lift Engineering or an equivalent qualification preferred; training for NVQ Level 2 is available for suitable candidates.

• Demonstrated experience as a Stairlift Engineer or Domestic Engineer within the lift industry.

• Valid UK driving licence is required.

• Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

• Must possess the appropriate right to work.

• Sponsorship is not offered.

• Must be available during specified working hours: 8:00–4:45 Monday to Thursday and 8:00–3:45 Friday.

• Willingness to take part in the on-call rota is essential.
