This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and on-call visits for stairlifts and home lifts.
• Service, maintain, and repair stairlifts, micro-lifts, and goods lifting equipment throughout Birmingham and its surrounding areas.
• Uphold high standards of service and safety.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments effectively.
• Keep site log cards updated.
• Take part in the on-call rota.
• Independently manage the designated service route.
• Enhance skills and experience within the domestic sector of the lift industry.
• Certified Domestic Engineer with experience in stairlifts and home lifts.
• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Lift Engineering or an equivalent qualification, though the qualifications section indicates this is preferred and training may be offered.
• Demonstrated experience as a Stairlift Engineer or Domestic Engineer in the lift sector.
• Valid UK driving license required.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Must possess the appropriate right to work.
• Sponsorship is not provided.
