
Staffing Specialist – Per Diem

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +7 more states.
• Post job orders in CCH applications and collaborate with the Account Manager to meet client staffing requirements.
• Screen candidates, maintain a qualified database of healthcare professionals, and schedule and assign staff to shifts, orientations, and visits.
• Manage last-minute staffing adjustments, replacements, and call-offs.
• Ensure that healthcare professionals fulfill compliance, licensing, and company standards.
• Work in conjunction with Compliance and Onboarding teams to identify documentation gaps and minimize time-to-fill.
• Assist with client orientation and the scheduling of ongoing training.
• Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and internal team members.
• Prioritize client orders, prepare deliverables, and comprehend staffing requirements.
• Submit profiles, coordinate interviews, expedite offers, and track healthcare professional performance.
• Monitor trends in client demand, provide feedback to sourcing teams, and escalate any issues as necessary.
• Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations to enhance performance, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and participate in daily huddles.
• Cover on-call responsibilities as required, including during Business Continuity Plan activations.
• Occasionally visit local clients and healthcare professionals based on business needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• At least one year of relevant experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or administration.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills for staffing challenges, client issues, operational concerns, last-minute changes, and call-offs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with staffing software, databases, or automated systems is preferred.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience collaborating with leadership and compliance teams to ensure timely and compliant placements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively collaborating across teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
