This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Managers and Partners to strategically allocate the right talent mix for client projects.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of consultants' skills, experiences, and career goals to enable meaningful project assignments.
• Ensure accuracy in the resource management system by reconciling planned allocations with actuals to reduce revenue loss.
• Maintain an up-to-date skills database by encouraging consultants to regularly update their profiles and work with the Staffing Manager to identify skill gaps within the workforce.
• Oversee timesheet compliance to ensure accurate KPI reporting and billing processes.
• Assist with the US campus and facilitate the onboarding and resource integration of new hires.
• Provide thorough oversight of project health and resource utilization through timely reporting; create and execute action plans to balance workloads, mitigate potential delivery risks, and optimize resource allocation.
• Aid the Director of Staffing & Operations in preparing meeting materials by analyzing billing data, resource capacity, and forecasts; convert complex metrics into actionable insights for leadership decision-making and stakeholder communication.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes innovation.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support client requirements and internal team requests.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
• Over 7 years of experience in consulting, resource management, or operations within professional services or management consulting settings.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a proven capacity to extract insights from complex data sets and convert them into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas) along with strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, and other business intelligence tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with a history of effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to present complex information clearly to varied audiences.
• Demonstrated project management skills with experience in effectively coordinating resources and timelines.
• An adaptable problem-solver who excels in fast-paced environments and approaches challenges with creativity and resourcefulness.
• Strong professional ethics with the discretion necessary to handle confidential information appropriately.
• A self-motivated individual who takes initiative, works independently, and shows leadership when necessary.
