This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates using a variety of recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Conduct screening and interviewing of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with your Sales & Account Manager to pinpoint top accounts, targeted skill sets, and essential market segments.
• Establish and nurture relationships with industry contacts to enhance knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Carry out various customer service-related tasks.
• Contribute to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations.
• Locate and connect with potential candidates through research, referrals, networking, and a minimum of 60 cold calls per day.
• Initiate connections with prospective candidates by researching industries and organizations and engaging with key stakeholders.
• Share information regarding recruiting and staffing opportunities, employing recruiting strategies to seize new opportunities and drive closures.
• Organize and prioritize activities based on their criticality.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
• Understanding of the sales process and its dynamics.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the staffing/recruiting industry.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (Business level English).
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Proficient in using computers for various tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
