Staff Technical Program Manager, AI Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the department's comprehensive planning operating system, including OKR cycles, QBR preparation, roadmap management, review operations, and quarterly goal-setting.

• Lead the weekly execution alignment meetings by managing the agenda, pre-reads, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.

• Spearhead the creation of strategic materials, such as all-hands presentations, content for team offsites, and executive presentations.

• Consolidate the department's resources into a single, reliable source of truth that aligns with Life360's knowledge management framework.

• Evolve the department's operating system from AI-assisted to AI-native in a thoughtful and thorough manner.

• Serve as a connecting force among departments and functions.

• Manage the intake, triage, and staffing processes for incoming requests that fall within the department's scope.

• Identify and address organizational friction, misalignments, or communication gaps proactively, without needing direction.

• Prepare and rigorously test materials before they are escalated within the organization.

• Highlight risks and challenges at various levels, collaborating with leadership on scenario planning and risk mitigation strategies.

• Take charge of high-priority, time-sensitive projects that require a reliable operator to see them through to completion, including strategy analysis, RFPs, go/no-go frameworks, build-vs-buy evaluations, data audits, and more.

• Act as an extension of the department's VPs on critical workstreams where presence and follow-through are more important than deep functional expertise.

• Over 10 years of experience in program management.

• Strong technical proficiency.
