Staff Technical Program Manager, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive program management for projects related to Engineering Excellence, AI readiness, and AI DLC implementation.

• Incorporate Claude Code and various AI-driven development tools into current engineering processes.

• Assist Engineering Platform teams in upgrading CI/CD pipelines.

• Propel technical strategy and foster alignment among Engineering, Security, and Product leadership.

• Synchronize roadmaps across diverse teams and domains to enhance AI initiatives.

• Guide and mentor fellow TPMs and engineers, elevating the overall technical standards for AI-integrated program management.

• Address challenges, enhance processes, and communicate updates through AI-assisted methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field.

• Over 10 years of experience in technical program management or leadership in software engineering.

• A background in software development with a strong proficiency in programming languages.

• Significant experience with AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude Code).

• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD practices, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native development environments.

• A proven history of successfully leading large-scale, intricate technical deployments across various business units.
