Staff Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Accountable for collaborating closely with application or domain leaders.

• Engages with customers and stakeholders to gather VOC requirements, refine them, and collect product feedback.

• Partners with cross-functional teams to deliver features and products effectively.

• Works alongside UX Design to gain insights into customer behavior and needs.

• Conducts interviews with customers and stakeholders to develop and refine personas.

• Collaborates with the Product Manager to establish the release and sprint backlogs, focusing on the short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.

• Takes ownership of the backlog; consistently organizes and prioritizes tasks to ensure that 1-2 sprints or iterations of the backlog are always prepared.

• Regularly interacts with the development team, facilitating discussions, offering clarification, managing story acceptance and refinement, conducting testing and validation, and contributing to design activities and decisions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

• Strong understanding of software design and coding principles.

• Experience in an Agile work environment.

• Familiarity with various implementation options.
