Staff Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Actively collaborates with application or domain leaders in the role of a senior technical product manager.

• Establishes a clear strategic vision for product development.

• Engages with customers and stakeholders to gather voice of the customer (VOC) requirements and obtain product feedback.

• Works alongside cross-functional teams to deliver features and products effectively.

• Partners with UX Design to gain insights into customer behavior and needs.

• Conducts interviews with customers and stakeholders to refine personas.

• Takes ownership of the product backlog; continuously organizes and prioritizes tasks.

• Maintains regular communication with the development team; facilitates discussions and contributes to design efforts.

• Possesses a solid understanding of Cloud Services (AWS or Azure) to aid the development team.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

• Strong understanding of software design and coding principles.

• Experience in an Agile working environment.

• Familiarity with a variety of implementation options.

• Demonstrates expertise in technical topics such as caching, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and security.
