This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate enduring relationships within assigned accounts while gaining insight into the client’s strategic objectives and their overall influence on business outcomes.

• Deliver project leadership, coordination, and architectural expertise for the customer’s cybersecurity, Zero Trust, and Illumio product initiatives.

• Spearhead and navigate complex requests across multiple client engagements simultaneously.

• Offer clear and constructive product feedback to Illumio’s Product Management teams based on customer use cases and requirements.

• Comprehend the client’s overarching business challenges while serving as an advisory resource for "Best Practices" and promoting the adoption of Illumio’s solutions.

• Conduct health checks, document findings, and furnish best-practice recommendations.

• Act as a customer advocate within Illumio to ensure timely resolution of escalations.

• Assist customers in avoiding and/or mitigating issues through proactive guidance grounded in extensive customer experience.

• Gather metrics and create reports that depict project health and progress.

• TRAVEL: While this is a home-office based role, candidates must be willing to travel 30% for client visits. Additional travel for training and conferences may also be necessary throughout the year.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in supporting SaaS enterprise software.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity industry products, Firewalls, Zero Trust architecture, and security best practices.

• A robust technical background in advanced security (preferably with relevant technical certifications).

• Additionally, experience in data center infrastructure, operating systems, desktop deployments, system administration, and/or technical architecture is preferred.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with security practitioners, architects, and executives.

• Experience in deploying enterprise security solutions.

• Quick learner with the capacity to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to influence internal and external partners at all levels.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
