Staff Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage the entire recruitment process, encompassing sourcing, screening, selection, negotiation, offer, and closure.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to establish candidate selection criteria and timelines for delivery.

• Work alongside Hiring Managers to gain insights into current and future hiring demands.

• Provide guidance to Hiring Managers on best practices for interviewing.

• Actively seek out top talent through passive sourcing methods.

• Ensure that job postings are precise, appealing, and aimed at the correct audience.

• Maintain accurate data within the recruitment system.

• Participate in community events to enhance the visibility of TaskUs' brand.

• Organize Interviewing Days on-site.

• Develop a pool of qualified and interested candidates for high-volume positions.

• Collaborate with the recruitment team, offering insights, sharing tasks, and providing support to colleagues.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems; proficiency in Workday is advantageous.
