Staff Systems Designer, Language

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary authority for language standards within the Consumer division.

• Convert brand and editorial guidelines into systematic regulations.

• Maintain ownership of taxonomy and terminology schemas to ensure consistency.

• Develop logic and rules for reusable content patterns.

• Create and manage language specifications across various platforms.

• Collaborate with localization, legal, and accessibility teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in a leadership role within Content Systems.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and expanding a content standards function.

• Skilled in developing programmatic style guides and reusable UI patterns.

• Proven ability to navigate competing priorities within an organization.

• Direct experience with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted writing workflows.

• In-depth knowledge of localization and accessibility as essential structural constraints.
