This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Facilitate structured discovery sessions and workshops with business, technical, and executive stakeholders to gain insights into workflows, systems, constraints, success metrics, and AI readiness.
• Document existing processes, decision points, and handoffs, pinpointing areas where ClickUp and AI Agents can meet customer needs and enhance execution.
• Map system touchpoints, integrations, and data dependencies essential for supporting reliable AI-driven workflows and agent context.
• Design ClickUp solution architectures that integrate workflows, automations, integrations, and AI Agents to align with customer business goals.
• Configure and validate workflows, automations, data synchronization, and agent behaviors to ensure that solutions are scalable, governable, and consistent with actual operating models.
• Create prototypes and demonstration environments that illustrate AI-assisted workflows in realistic customer scenarios.
• Assess value and formulate business cases that emphasize efficiency improvements, cycle time reduction, cost avoidance, and tool consolidation facilitated by AI-driven workflows.
• Author and take ownership of Statements of Work, encompassing scope, phases, deliverables, success criteria, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and commercial structure.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and delivery teams on resource planning and sequencing to ensure that AI Agent implementations are feasible, attainable, and well understood.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6–8+ years of experience in solution consulting, presales, enterprise implementation, or roles focused on workflow and process consulting.
• Proven ability to design and advocate for AI-enabled workflows that merge structured data, automations, integrations, and AI Agents in real-world customer situations.
• Extensive experience with prompt engineering, including defining agent roles, setting constraints, producing structured outputs, and managing failures within production workflows.
• Practical experience in designing or deploying AI-assisted systems, including defining agent context, data grounding, and orchestrating workflows.
• In-depth understanding of common AI failure modes, such as hallucination, context drift, and reliability constraints, along with knowledge of how structured data and governance can mitigate these issues.
• Solid experience in owning, drafting, and negotiating Statements of Work and commercial scopes for customized professional services engagements.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity comfortably and translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, adoptable solutions.
