This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and program managers to design and oversee solutions within Salesforce and related technologies for the Contract Life Cycle Management team.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of CRM-based processes and user personas to ensure project compatibility with upstream and downstream systems and processes.
• Maintain regular communication with a diverse array of stakeholders who possess varying priorities and levels of technical expertise.
• Lead projects from inception to completion to enhance the tracking and management of CPQ/CLM products by our Go-To-Market and internal teams, in collaboration with the product owner and product manager.
• Partner with Product Managers to design and implement solutions within Salesforce, including architecting automation and system behaviors using Lightning Components, Apex, and Flow, while ensuring scalability, system health, and user experience.
• Convert business requirements into technical solutions for a diverse group of stakeholders with differing priorities and levels of technical understanding.
• Provide continuous roadmap design and ownership in collaboration with the product owner and product manager.
• Serve as a proponent for technology best practices and represent technology as a stakeholder.
• 10 years of extensive experience with Salesforce and Order-to-Cash implementations.
• 5+ years of experience in designing and executing large-scale automation within a CLM and e-signature tool (preferably Conga + DocuSign) within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation, Conga X-Author, document templates, and DocuSign APIs.
• Proven ability to articulate thoughts, recommendations, and process mappings in clear, highly detailed documentation.
• Established track record of functioning as a strategic partner capable of constructively challenging stakeholders and leadership for the sake of system scalability and long-term viability.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to think strategically and translate complex or ambiguous concepts into actionable plans.
