Staff Software Engineer – Sync CRM, Backend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems to ensure high quality, efficiency, and scalability.

• Provide technical leadership and cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Contribute to the architectural design of software systems, focusing on optimizing performance and maintainability.

• Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks while implementing innovative solutions.

• Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards, pinpoint areas for improvement, and ensure code quality.

• Create and sustain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

• Define technical requirements and lead the development of innovative, scalable, and reliable software systems.

• Contribute to the vision for Outreach CRM Sync and the data integration platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–9 years of substantial backend development experience.

• B. Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science/IT or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in software development, with a solid history of designing and creating complex systems.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, or equivalent.

• Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and industry best practices.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with critical and analytical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies is advantageous.

• Familiarity with modern software development tools and technologies is a plus.
