⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in designing, building, shipping, and maintaining complex full-stack software at scale.

• More than 3 years of experience effectively leading and managing a team.

• Proficiency in at least one backend and one frontend language, with a readiness to learn Python and JavaScript.

• Experience in a startup environment, demonstrating the ability to function effectively and independently in ambiguous situations.

• Capacity to quickly familiarize oneself with our product ecosystem to contribute to significant and impactful projects.

• Outstanding communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences, in both written and verbal formats.

• Ability to provide constructive feedback in technical specifications, code reviews, and team discussions.
