Staff Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee product delivery to users, spearhead projects, offer technical expertise, and develop solutions in an agile environment.

• Collaborate directly with clients to comprehend their requirements and fulfill business objectives.

• Establish product specifications, determine suitable system architectures, and coordinate development with Product and Design teams.

• Foster a robust and productive engineering culture within client teams and Fluxon.

• Provide mentorship to engineers across various teams, enhancing their growth and reinforcing team capabilities.

• Influence the technical trajectory of the engineering organization.

• Shape strategy and direct architectural choices.

• Contribute to production code as an individual contributor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in software development.

• Proven experience leading development throughout the complete product lifecycle, encompassing CI/CD, testing, release management, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.

• Proficient in designing and implementing scalable system architectures, as well as data structures and algorithms, alongside effective development methodologies.

• Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Capability to articulate technical concepts clearly to international colleagues and clients.
