Staff Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a team of industry specialists to design and develop advanced software solutions.

• Engage in coding, testing, and deployment of software applications.

• Support the team in troubleshooting and debugging to ensure robust, bug-free platforms.

• Review and provide feedback on pull requests.

• Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily standups, refinement sessions, and retrospectives.

• Enhance and sustain unit test coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience with:

• - Python/Django - expertise is essential.

• - JavaScript and modern single-page application frameworks (React experience preferred).

• - Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• - REST API/GraphQL experience (Apollo).

• - Version control systems (GitHub).

• - Work management and documentation using the Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence).

• - ORM frameworks (SqlAlchemy).

• - Relational databases (SQL Server / T-SQL preferred), including complex stored procedures, functions, and performance optimization.

• - Caching technologies such as Redis.

• - Experience in designing and developing enterprise-level software.

• - Multi-threaded applications.

• - Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Observability tools (New Relic/Sentry).

• 1-2 years of experience with:

• - AI/ML.

• General knowledge of:

• - ANSI HIPAA transactions (835, 837, 270, 271, etc.).

• - Health Information Technology (HIT).

• - U.S. healthcare regulatory requirements such as MIPS, Meaningful Use, or ONC certification standards.
