This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Design and develop scalable enterprise SaaS applications and their integrations.
• Spearhead cross-team technical initiatives that involve AI-enabled workflows and operational systems.
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, and customer-facing teams to identify and address real business challenges.
• Seamlessly integrate AI functionalities into enterprise applications in a practical and maintainable manner.
• Contribute to the creation of architectural patterns for APIs, event-driven systems, and microservices.
• Provide mentorship to engineers and elevate the technical standards across teams.
• Utilize AI-augmented engineering workflows to enhance development speed and quality.
• Engage in RFCs, architecture reviews, and discussions regarding broader engineering strategies.
• Over 8 years of experience in developing enterprise SaaS applications or large-scale business systems.
• Proficient in backend and full-stack engineering.
• Experienced in designing APIs, microservices, integrations, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong grasp of system design, scalability, and operational reliability.
• Background in creating customer-facing enterprise workflows and operational tools.
• Familiarity with CRM or enterprise workflow systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle workflows, including sales, onboarding, service, support, and communications.
• Experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms via APIs, events, or middleware systems.
• Proficient in using AI-assisted software engineering tools and workflows in production settings.
• Practical knowledge of how AI can enhance software delivery, automation, and customer experiences.
• Familiarity with modern AI platforms, orchestration frameworks, or LLM-based workflows is advantageous.
• Ability to assess build versus buy decisions concerning AI tooling and enterprise capabilities.
• Strong communication skills when engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven capability to lead initiatives across teams through influence and credibility.
• Comfortable mentoring engineers and assisting teams in navigating ambiguity.
