This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the social strategy tailored for platforms such as X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
• Create and implement content and engagement strategies aimed at achieving measurable growth.
• Spot trends, conversations, and cultural moments that are valuable for engagement.
• Develop AI-driven systems and automated workflows to carry out the social strategy effectively.
• Establish feedback loops between social performance metrics and strategic planning.
• Take charge of proactive engagement by identifying and participating in relevant discussions.
• Create automated systems to manage routine engagement tasks.
• Oversee the entire execution process from strategy creation to performance measurement.
• 5-7+ years of experience in social media strategy, showcasing expertise in platform-specific content and engagement approaches.
• A proven history of enhancing social presence with a strategic focus.
• Strong creative judgment and editorial intuition for social media content.
• At least 2 years of experience in developing AI-driven systems and automated processes.
• Technical proficiency with APIs, automation platforms, and integrations.
• A strategic thinker capable of independently taking initiatives from concept to execution.
• Data-driven: skilled in creating dashboards, conducting experiments, and iterating based on analytics.
