This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Procure, set up, and oversee employee workstations and hardware for a fully remote workforce.
• Create new employee accounts, profiles, and access across all organizational systems; manage account modifications and offboarding processes.
• Oversee the distribution and monitoring of software licenses and seats throughout the organization, ensuring appropriate access for all employees.
• Manage Google Workspace and other cloud-based services utilized by staff.
• Remotely install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components.
• Cultivate vendor relationships for IT products and services, including overseeing contracts, renewals, and service-level agreements.
• Assess and suggest new technology tools and software to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for remote staff promptly.
• Offer technical and operational support to employees across all departments in a fully remote setting.
• Keep an accurate inventory of IT equipment and software assets.
• Analyze emerging technologies, automation tools, and AI-enabled solutions that boost organizational efficiency and employee productivity.
• Administer and support organizational SaaS platforms, including user provisioning, license management, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, system inventories, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base resources.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify IT needs and ensure employees are equipped with the necessary tools to perform their jobs effectively.
• Communicate updates on IT projects and initiatives at regular intervals to Finance leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software systems.
• Familiar with Mac and Windows operating systems and standard desktop applications on both platforms.
• Knowledgeable in a variety of software and hardware.
• Experience with Google Workspace administration, including user provisioning, group management, and organizational settings.
• Prior experience supporting a distributed or fully remote workforce is preferred.
• Awareness of current IT standards and trends, as well as emerging technologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple IT initiatives and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and the capability to work effectively with stakeholders across various departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical colleagues in straightforward language.
• Familiarity with onsite or cloud-based PBX telephony systems.
• A strong passion for continuous learning and innovation, with the ability to stay updated with emerging technologies and apply new knowledge to enhance processes and systems.
