This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identify and address customer inquiries while ensuring resolution meets customer satisfaction standards.
• Provide daily administrative support to the Sales team, enabling the seamless execution of sales activities and the attainment of commercial goals.
• Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and updating of sales forecasts, ensuring data consistency and alignment with commercial inputs.
• Maintain and frequently update sales opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and traceability.
• Prepare, analyze, and distribute business reports to provide insights on revenue and order intake, aiding in business decision-making.
• Analyze Flat Files reports to verify and control revenue data, identify discrepancies, and support ongoing process enhancements.
• Create and validate orders for instruments and consumables in SAP, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining Sales Rep Codes in SAP for newly appointed sales representatives.
• Oversee the initiation and management of warranty registration records once orders have been delivered and invoiced.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Care setting.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ, including quote management, order processing, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Skilled in SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for reporting, analysis, and daily operational tasks.
• Competent computer skills, including SFDC, CPQ, SAP, and MS Office applications.
