• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes for all new ISPs
• Directly accountable for addressing gaps in our network to minimize Locating and Buyouts
• Establish and sustain service provider profiles in relation to Assurant systems
• Employ Excel, provided reports, and various tools to manage and analyze data, while monitoring recruitment metrics
• Assist the RSM (Regional Service Manager) with daily activities and responsibilities
• Aid the RSM in sending and receiving ISP agreements and adjusting rates
• Keep notes updated in databases and spreadsheets
• Actively engage in team meetings and share best practices
• Provide assistance with service locating within the designated region
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the Service Industries, including: major appliances, consumer electronics, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical
• High School Diploma, GED, or a higher level of education
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office, particularly strong skills in Excel
• Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing several tasks, systems, and web pages simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster and maintain outstanding relationships with service providers
• Competence to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Superior verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficient experience with Microsoft programs and computer products
