• Establishing contemporary CI/CD quality benchmarks and practices to enhance release confidence.

• Collaborating with engineers and architects to enhance system reliability and testability.

• Directing quality initiatives focused on observability, automation, and process enhancement.

• Producing documentation, training, and enablement programs for engineering teams.

• Mentoring and fostering the development of a small Quality Engineering team.

• Serving as a quality advocate within Core Engineering.

• Extensive experience in leading Quality Engineering or Test Automation initiatives within modern software ecosystems.

• Practical experience in .NET / C# environments.

• Strong grasp of automated testing frameworks and strategies, including integration, API, contract, and end-to-end testing.

• Experience in distributed, event-driven, or microservices architectures.

• Familiarity with tools and frameworks such as xUnit, Playwright, Testcontainers, Pact, or equivalent technologies.

• Experience in testing asynchronous workflows and messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation-first environments, and release quality standards.

• Experience in validating database integrations and intricate backend workflows.

• Ability to influence engineering culture and promote quality best practices across teams.

• Comfortable working in highly collaborative, fast-paced engineering settings.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is advantageous.
